What's wrong with a low carbohydrate diet?

Simply stated, low carbohydrate diets are high fat diets. By definition. High fat diets actually cause insulin resistance and increase your insulin requirements over time.

By adopting a very specific low fat diet that floods your body with high quality nutrients, your muscles and liver act like glucose sponges, and start "sucking" glucose out of the blood stream using small amounts of insulin.
