“Foods that blast away unwanted fat.”

“10 tips to lose belly fat.”

“5 foods you must not eat!”

“The 15 BEST diet foods for weight loss.”

Everyone has the answer.  Everyone knows how to lose weight.

But yet 35.7% of Americans are obese.  Not overweight.  OBESE. 

Something isn’t adding up.
